1. All properties must be listed in writing. Signed contract or email accepted.
2. Signals can only be made to the property owners' account, or solely and exclusively to the signal account of the company Triplo-s investments, unipessoal Lda. (Banco Santander IBAN: PT50 0018 0003 4419 8224 0204 2) and no other NIB.
3. Any type of deposit made in cash is prohibited. If this happens, it is the sole responsibility of the parties involved, not CasaFama.
